  • 6 small tartlets
  • 4 surimi sticks
  • 12 cooked prawns
  • 45g. pink sauce

How to make super easy appetizers to surprise you. Christmas is here and with it the feasting and the nerves to have everything ready on time and for the family reunion to be a success. The appetizers cannot be missing and this year we have opted for simplicity and prepared these canapés that are very easy to make and with traditional ingredients that everyone will like.

We can prepare some fillings and cod cups in advance, but it is better to make appetizers that include sliced ​​bread shortly before serving so that the bread does not dry out. In any case, we will have them ready in a very short time.

We can give the sliced ​​bread any shape we want, the cookie cutters with Christmas motifs look great, but it is totally optional. In the same way, we leave the way of decorating the canapés to the taste of the house and of course the possibility of varying some ingredients if it does not convince us. Preparation of these super easy appetizers

Orange and cod glasses

  1. We chop the orange , slice the olives and crumble the cod. In a deep plate or bowl, mix the cod and orange with a good splash of oil.
  2. We fill 6 glasses or small bowls with the orange and cod mixture. And we decorate with the sliced ​​black olives.

salmon stars

  1. Cut the salmon into small pieces or thin strips, discarding the dark part. We take out 12 stars of sliced ​​bread with a pastry cutter in this way. We spread half of the stars with cream cheese. We put pieces of salmon on the cheese, cover with the other half of the stars.
  2. We decorate each star with a small piece of rolled salmon in the center and sprinkle dill to taste.

Pepper, tuna and anchovy bites

  1. Blend the peppers, tuna and anchovies in a blender or food processor. Mix with the mayonnaise, grate the boiled egg and set aside.
  2. We cut the sliced ​​bread into 12 squares of the same size. We put a couple of tablespoons of the pepper mixture in 6 of the squares and cover with the other 6. We spread a little mayonnaise on the top of each canapé and decorate with the grated egg and olives.

Turkey and cheese canapé

  1. We cut the sliced ​​bread into twelve equal squares. We spread 6 of them with the cream cheese. We chop the turkey slices and reserve some for decoration.
  2. We put pieces of turkey on the cheese spread on the buns, cover with the rest of the bread and spread the surface with more cream cheese.
  3. With a pastry cutter we take shapes from the turkey slices (we have used a heart shape, but any shape will work. We put a turkey heart on each canapé to decorate.

Surimi and prawn tartlets

  1. We grate the cooked egg. Chop the surimi by hand (using a blender will form a paste that doesn’t work very well). We also chop the prawns, we reserve a couple to decorate
  2. We mix the egg, surimi, and prawns with the pink sauce. We fill each tartlet with the mixture, chop the reserved prawns and use them to decorate.
